Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
Papers must be original and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscript length: Research articles (6,000–10,000 words); Review articles (8,000–12,000 words); Short communications (2,000–4,000 words).
File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.pdf with source files).
Font: Times New Roman, 12pt; Line spacing: 1.5; Margins: 1 inch on all sides.

Structure of Manuscript

Title Page: Title, Author(s) name, Affiliation, ORCID, Corresponding author details
Abstract: 200–250 words summarizing objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Keywords: 5–8 relevant keywords
Main Body: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
References: Follow APA 7th Edition or IEEE citation style consistently throughout.
Figures and Tables: Must be high resolution (min. 300 DPI), properly labeled, and cited in text.

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the official online submission portal at: www.ijaicit.org/submissions
Authors must register and create an account before submitting a manuscript.
A cover letter stating the originality and significance of the work must accompany the submission.
Plagiarism check report (similarity below 15%) using iThenticate or Turnitin must be submitted.

Review Process

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and formatting compliance.
Suitable manuscripts proceed to double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent reviewers.
Authors will be notified of the editorial decision within 4–6 weeks of submission.
Decisions: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject.

Publication Charges

IJAICIT follows an open-access model. A nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) applies upon acceptance to cover editorial and publication costs. Fee waivers are available for authors from low-income countries and student researchers. Please refer to the journal website for the current APC schedule.

Ethical Responsibilities

Authors must declare all conflicts of interest, funding sources, and acknowledgments.
Research involving human subjects must include institutional ethics approval documentation.
Any post-submission changes to authorship must be formally communicated and approved by the editor.
Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban from future submissions.
